Responsibilities- Prepare and organize interventions for on-site chemical cleaning operations.
- Supervise a small team of operators, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
- Provide training and support to new team members, fostering their professional development within the field of chemical cleaning.
- Conduct on-site chemical analysis, verifying the effectiveness of cleaning procedures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Represent Groupe Ortec professionally when interacting with clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- A background in chemistry or chemical engineering is essential for this role.
- Proven experience in industrial chemical cleaning operations is required.
- Demonstrated dynamism and reactivity are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment.
Occasional national travel may be required. This position offers potential for growth into a Team Leader role within Groupe Ortec.
