Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Advisor to join our team at Lamotte Maisons Individuelles. As a Commercial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in constructing projects for clients by leveraging the expertise of our study and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Land Identification and Prospecting: Identify and prospect building lands to offer 'turnkey' solutions to clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Partner Network Development: Build a network of partners, including notaries, real estate agents, and municipalities, to facilitate the delivery of our services.
• Project Development: Create and develop the financial, technical, and commercial project in coordination with our technical service, ensuring that all aspects are thoroughly considered.
• Client Guidance: Guide and advise clients in their choices, providing expert recommendations to ensure their satisfaction.
• Client Support: Support clients throughout the installation process, ensuring a smooth transition to their new home.
• File Management: Manage files with methods and rigor, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and meeting their expectations.

Requirements:

• Commercial Acumen: Possess a strong commercial sense, with excellent listening and advisory skills.
• Experience: Successful experience in a similar role with autonomy, demonstrating the ability to work independently.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the individual house sector is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: Fixed salary + commissions
