Job Title:
Regulatory Affairs Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to local and global regulations affecting product offerings (EU, FDA, etc.)
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of regulatory documentation for both new and existing products
- Monitor regulatory developments and evaluate their implications for company offerings
- Work collaboratively with product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams
- Engage in both internal and external compliance audits
- Deliver regulatory training and awareness sessions to internal stakeholders
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external partners regarding compliance issues
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biology with a focus on regulatory affairs
- Extensive experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within the fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods sectors
- Strong understanding of international regulatory frameworks (REACH, CLP, IFRA, etc.)
- Proven project management capabilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficient communication abilities in both French and English
