Site Planning Engineer

ENERJIA is in search of an experienced Site Planning Engineer to manage the scheduling of a substantial construction initiative under a major EPC contract valued at around 500M€. This endeavor entails the greenfield setup of an Electrolyzer unit dedicated to H2 Production, with preliminary civil works already underway and essential long lead items secured.

Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Proven track record in large-scale industrial EPC projects
  • Software Proficiency: Mandatory expertise in Primavera P6; familiarity with Google Sheets is advantageous
  • Skills: Exceptional planning capabilities, adept at analyzing critical paths, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and sustain project schedules
  • Coordinate tasks with various disciplines and stakeholders
  • Evaluate critical paths and propose risk mitigation measures
  • Engage in project reviews and meetings
  • Regularly update schedules based on actual progress
  • Recommend corrective actions to enhance project timelines
  • Assist the Project Manager in strategic decision-making
  • Ensure transparency in project deadlines and progress
