Position Overview: At MBDA France, we specialize in the assessment of survival and penetration capabilities of our systems against potential threats.
Role Responsibilities: As the Project Manager for Survival Contracts, you will oversee ETO agreements with governmental clients pertaining to survival research, reporting, and the advancement of simulation technologies.
This role encompasses various responsibilities including:
- Management of contracts, including budget oversight, progress tracking, and coordination.
- Supervision of technical operations and maintaining client relationships.
- Preparation of proposals for future contracts.
Additional Duties: You will also be responsible for the alignment of simulation tool development for survival assessments, particularly in relation to air and surface strike systems countering adversarial air defenses.
Key Tasks: Your tasks will involve:
- Contract management and threat definition.
- Development of evaluation tools and support for system teams.
- Client liaison and communication.
Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates will possess an engineering degree with a specialization in aeronautics, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of experience in functional chain modeling and system performance assessments. A keen interest in contract management and adherence to industry best practices is essential.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills are required. Candidates should demonstrate independence, teamwork capabilities, a curious mindset, and a critical approach to methodologies and results.
