Job Description

Cap Ingelec, a leading international engineering and construction company, is seeking a highly skilled Animateur HSE to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients, authorities, and project stakeholders.
  • Integrate client procedures into our safety and prevention framework.
  • Participate in regular project meetings to discuss safety protocols and procedures.
  • Evaluate work situations and identify potential risks.
  • Conduct regular audits of project sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide expert advice on implementing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Manage non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze accidents and incidents to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly HSE reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Apply the Charte Chantier Vert to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong autonomy and initiative, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
