About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Leather Buyer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality leather materials and negotiating prices with suppliers. Your tasks will include:

• Identifying and sourcing leather materials from reputable suppliers
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve material quality and reduce costs
• Managing orders and inventory levels to ensure timely delivery and minimize stockouts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow and efficient production processes
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement decisions
• Monitoring and controlling raw material budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in purchasing and a proven track record of success in a similar role. A degree in Purchasing or a related field is required, and proficiency in English is essential. German language skills are a plus.
