You will explore operational business needs, transforming challenges into opportunities. You will evaluate the objectives of these stakeholders and the underlying issues that arise from your analysis. You will focus on both the current and future states (including gap analysis, which involves idea generation and filtering), defining the most effective business processes through IT optimization, best practices, procedures, and organizational change. You will utilize appropriate modeling and analysis tools, methods, and standards, always considering organizational expectations. You will engage comfortably at the executive level, listening, sharing insights, and supporting decision-making processes aimed at growth. You will be the trusted advisor that clients rely on. You will establish a business process management policy with senior leadership, guiding the organization in ongoing business process optimization. You will conduct high-level studies, with deliverables that may include strategy studies, business requirement specifications, and feasibility studies.Profile
