Job Title: Continuous Improvement Packaging Manager CE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Packaging Manager CE to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing packaging processes through continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on standardization, training, support, root cause analysis, cost efficiency, and knowledge development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardized packaging processes across all production lines, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for packaging personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing support to packaging teams, addressing challenges and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Lead and facilitate root cause analysis initiatives for packaging defects, inefficiencies, and errors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency in packaging processes without compromising quality.
  • Initiate and manage projects aimed at improving packaging efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
  • Fluency in English is necessary. Fluency in French or Dutch according to the location.
  • Clear understanding of Manufacturing environment and performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management.
  • Proven ability to drive results using Lean, or other structured problem solving methods.
