We are seeking a highly skilled Expert - Open System Technical Analyst to contribute to the high availability of our IT-infrastructure, banking applications, and investor services.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with engineering teams, application owners, and stakeholders to define service operations and ensure seamless integration.
- Identify and prevent operational issues, leveraging expertise to develop software, tooling, and processes that automate operations.
- Measure and optimize system performance, driving improvements in operations to meet customer needs and reduce resource utilization.
- Work in partnership with platform and service engineering teams to drive operational improvements across the entire lifecycle of services.
- Translate business requirements into technical plans and vice versa, providing professional support for technical implementation with internal and external development teams.
- Update product requirements as part of the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market requirements and regulatory adjustments.
What You'll Achieve:
- Contribute to the development of software, tooling, and processes that automate operations.
- Drive improvements in system performance and operations to meet customer needs.
