Mission:

Within our Digital Connected Company & Innovation unit, we empower clients to unlock the potential within their data. We are seeking a visionary Data Architect to guide customers in building and executing impactful data strategies.

You are passionate about data as a strategic asset and possess the ability to inspire clients with its transformative power. You excel at designing modern data architectures while guiding organizations towards becoming truly data-driven enterprises.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive, end-to-end modern data platform architectures encompassing data engineering, visualization, AI, and MDM solutions.
  • Lead clients on their journey to becoming data-driven organizations, fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making.
  • Develop and deploy robust data governance strategies and data management processes to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Manage projects using agile methodologies to maximize business value for clients.
  • Mentor and guide data consultants in executing various practice initiatives.
  • Actively participate in pre-sales proposals, integrating data, data engineering, and data science solutions. Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive approaches, estimates, and budgets.
  • Proactively support sales efforts by engaging with clients and demonstrating the value of data-driven solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Possess a master's degree in applied statistics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for data and analytics technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
  • Have hands-on experience across diverse data domains (MDM, Data Engineering, Big Data, Data Science, etc.).
  • Be proficient in utilizing data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Boomi, Collibra, Snowflake, and possess a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Be capable of implementing data governance policies and guiding clients through the necessary transformations to become data-driven organizations.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Possess a strong commercial acumen and the ability to persuade clients to invest in data solutions.
  • Be comfortable presenting to clients at management levels while possessing sufficient technical expertise to engage in technical discussions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage stress effectively and thrive in a multi-faceted role.
  • Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French and English (both written and spoken).
