Job Title: Delivery Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Ambassador to join our team. As a Delivery Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering our food products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of our company, and your excellent customer service skills will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect payments and complete administrative documents related to delivery and/or return of goods
• Work closely with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
• Participate in the development and implementation of new logistics processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid C license and FIMO/FCO
• First experience as a delivery driver is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
