HR Executive

Job Summary:

As an HR Executive at Cainiao Group, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse staff agencies, overseeing employee induction, training, and evaluation, as well as optimizing the salary and welfare system. You will also be responsible for implementing Cainiao culture in the warehouse, creating an efficient and simple front-line operation organization to support business. Additionally, you will undertake other human resources administrative related work, such as on-boarding and offboarding of employees, payroll administration, and providing admin and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage warehouse staff agencies, including attendance management, employee induction, training, management, evaluation, and other related work.
2. Optimize the salary and welfare system of the warehouse staff, assisting the operation leadership team to optimize and qualify the assessment scheme to ensure the optimal efficiency and cost in the warehouse and other facilities.
3. Implement Cainiao culture in the warehouse, creating an efficient and simple front-line operation organization to support business.
4. Undertake other human resources administrative related work, such as on-boarding and offboarding of employees, payroll administration, and providing admin and ad hoc support to ensure operation efficiency and experience satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, more than 3 years of HR experience, familiar with warehouse HR practices. Employment relationship skill is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
3. Familiar with the current situation of the e-commerce logistics and warehouse industry, with first-line salary design and optimization project experience is preferred.
4. Excellent about work, good at thinking and summarizing, proactive, optimistic, leathery, and with strong anti-stress ability.
5. With an entrepreneurial mindset, able to accept occasional night shifts and business trips.
6. Have a good sense of customer service, customer first, patient, and meticulous, pay attention to team cooperation and trust partners.
