Job Title: Data Release Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Release Manager to join our team at x-it - External IT-Solutions GmbH. As a Data Release Manager, you will be responsible for the release process of our Online and CRM SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and control the release process for Online and CRM SaaS platforms
  • Ensure comprehensive testing strategies are in place to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of software across web, mobile, and other channels
  • Liaise with Security & Compliance analyst to ensure releases comply with legal and industry standards to protect customer data and maintain trust
  • Champion CI/CD principles, implementing automated testing and deployment pipelines to accelerate the release cycle while maintaining quality and stability across channels
Requirements:
  • Master degree in IT
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms in the domain of B2B CRM and online commerce (such as Salesforce, Intershop, Optimizely, Shopify, etc.)
  • Testing and Quality Assurance Across Channels: Testing releases across multiple channels requires thorough planning and execution
