ORGANIZATION:
WIN SPORT SCHOOL, a specialized institution in sports management, is seeking an Assistant in Sponsorship Research for collaboration with a sports club.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and identify potential sponsorship partners for the sports club.
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals that align with the objectives of targeted businesses.
- Engage with potential sponsors through various communication channels to showcase sponsorship possibilities.
- Collaborate with the club's management to negotiate the terms of sponsorship agreements.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with current sponsors and manage ongoing partnerships.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Currently pursuing a degree in fields such as business, marketing, or management.
- Strong interest in sports and a desire to contribute to the growth of a sports organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for persuasion and negotiation.
- Results-driven with a history of achieving and surpassing set goals, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum educational requirement of BAC + 2 or 120 ECTS credits is necessary.
COMPENSATION:
Salary will be determined between 43% and 100% of the minimum wage, in line with the apprenticeship agreement.
