Legal Advisor Internship

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Advisor to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our German network and contributing to the development of our European charging station infrastructure.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and broad legal function that requires a strong understanding of commercial contracts, real estate and property law, consumer law, competition law, employment law, and corporate and finance related matters. You will be responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts, advising on legal matters, and working closely with our teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, including tender documentation and public contracts
- Advise on legal matters related to real estate and property law, consumer law, competition law, employment law, and corporate and finance
- Work closely with our teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify problems, drive projects, and execute pragmatic and creative legal and business solutions
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in French law and a proven track record of success in a similar role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
