We are currently seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineering Site Manager to join our team in Drôme. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute effectively to the management and successful completion of assigned projects.
Your Daily Responsibilities- Implement industrial civil engineering projects with precision and efficiency.
- Supervise and actively participate in casting and formwork operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Organize daily work schedules and tasks for the on-site team, promoting a productive and collaborative environment.
- Effectively manage and lead the on-site team, fostering a positive and results-oriented work culture.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor project progress closely, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Accurately track labor hours and expenses, providing comprehensive documentation for financial reporting.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints, performing precise layout work to ensure accurate construction.
- Assess human and material resource requirements for projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Proactively address unexpected situations that may arise on-site, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and collaborative partnerships.
- Participate actively in safety meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
