We are seeking a highly skilled IT Financial Controller to join our Benefits & Engagement IT Financial Control Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our IT and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage IT and Edenred + budgets under the responsibility of Benefits & Engagement IT & Product Directors.
- Foster strong links between Group, Business Line, and business units on all IT financial matters, including Global Technology budget follow-up.
- Play a key role in new initiatives launched by the Group, such as IT Reporting, IT KPIs, and Time Tracking tools.
- Support the Benefits & Engagement IT Director in preparing Quarter Tech Business Review, budget presentations, and 3-year strategic plans.
- Participate in Benefits & Engagement IT executive committee meetings and support regional IT directors on financial topics.
- Ensure the quality of financial information on IT costs, including CAPEX IT, and ensure compliance with group standard rules.
- Participate in ad-hoc analysis for Benefits & Engagement Business Line.
- Masters' Degree in a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of IFRS norms, accounting, and IT tools.
- At least 6-10 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in IT financial operations.
- Demonstrated analytical and IT controlling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of our operational business.
- Ability to evolve in a matrix environment.
- Fluency in French and English.
