itk is seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of agricultural technology by translating customer needs into innovative product solutions.
As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Understanding Customer Needs: Deeply analyze the requirements and pain points of our diverse customer base, including farmers, agricultural businesses, and industry stakeholders.
- Roadmap Development: Craft a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and effectively prioritizes features based on their value proposition.
- User Story Creation & Backlog Management: Collaborate closely with development teams to define clear user stories, ensuring seamless communication between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Product Development Coordination: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working in tandem with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure that delivered products meet the highest quality standards, adhere to budget constraints, and exceed customer expectations.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and progress to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Hold a Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or Agronomics.
- Possess exceptional analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize product development efforts based on market needs and business goals.
- Thrive in collaborative environments and excel at building relationships with diverse teams.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A deep understanding of the digital agriculture market and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning would be highly advantageous.
