At Shipup, we're revolutionizing the e-commerce experience with our real-time tracking and delivery management platform. As our new Engineering Manager Front-End H/F, you'll play a key role in shaping our technical vision and leading our talented team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of senior developers in designing and implementing cutting-edge front-end solutions using TypeScript, React, and Redux.
  • Collaborate with our backend team to ensure seamless integration and efficient data exchange.
  • Develop and maintain best-in-class development practices, including pair-programming, continuous delivery, and extensive documentation.
  • Manage the technical debt and ensure the codebase remains maintainable and scalable.
  • Work closely with our product team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development and leadership.
  • Strong technical expertise in TypeScript, React, and Redux.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Fluency in English and French.
