Senior IT Consultant

Spektrum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Consultant. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance on IT systems and processes to support the implementation of asylum, border management, and migration policies in the European Union.
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior consultancy support and conduct studies on technical and strategic issues related to IT systems and processes.
- Develop and implement tactical and strategic direction for IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business continuity risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct business impact analysis, risk assessment, and business continuity planning to ensure the resilience of IT systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including eu-LISA and EU Member States.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after secondary school.
- At least 9 years' experience in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), including 6 years in consultancy, with 3 years in relevant domains (e.g., consultancy in governance and management, hardware and software, telecommunication, information systems, service-oriented architectures, etc.).
- Certified or Member-grade of membership of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) or equivalent.
- BSI ISO22301 Lead Auditor Qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international/multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic guidance on IT systems and processes.
