Procurement Specialist

IFP Energies Nouvelles is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Rueil-Malmaison. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for contributing to the company's projects in the field of technical and IT purchases.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and adapt installations and technological demonstrators, manage contracts, and provide related services.
- Work on process improvement, method development, and tool implementation within the procurement department.
- Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs and share procurement objectives.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends.
- Define and implement procurement strategies in accordance with public procurement rules.
- Support technical managers throughout the procurement process.
- Contribute to activity reporting and manage activities rigorously.
- Master's degree in Management of Purchases/Supply Chain or Public Law/Public Procurement.
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and innovation skills.
- Autonomy, teamwork, and challenge-seeking abilities.
Travel to Lyon 1-2 times per quarter.
