Description du poste

Nous recherchons des Architectes Solutions senior pour accompagner les clients Français d'Amazon Web Services (AWS) qui souhaitent démarrer ou accélérer leur voyage vers le cloud.

Rôle et responsabilités
  • Établir un réseau de contacts pour accompagner efficacement les clients et les rendre autonomes.
  • Animer des sessions d'échange sur les meilleures pratiques pour aider les clients à innover.
  • Faciliter des ateliers et des revues d'architectures pour aider les clients à comprendre les meilleures solutions pour leurs besoins.
  • Accompagner les clients tout au long des phases des projets, de la conception à l'opération, pour garantir un succès optimal.
  • Guider la montée en compétence des clients sur le plan technologique et gouvernance.
Fonctionnement au sein de l'équipe
  • Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale et technologique au sein de l'équipe de compte.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différentes équipes AWS pour représenter au mieux les intérêts des clients.
  • Partager l'expérience et les connaissances dans les communautés sur les domaines technologiques ou industriels.
  • Participer à des programmes internes sur des sujets technologiques, organisationnels, de recrutement.
Fonctionnement au sein des communautés externes
  • Présenter l'expérience, les enjeux et les solutions appropriées dans des présentations ou des vidéos pour aider les clients à comprendre les meilleures solutions.
  • Contribuer à la création de contenus tels que des billets de blog, des livres-blancs, des articles pour aider les clients à prendre des décisions éclairées.
  • Participer aux programmes AWS auprès des communautés et des clients pour aider à promouvoir les solutions AWS.
Environnement de travail

Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe de compte composée de profils métiers, commerciaux, consultants ou support pour accompagner les clients Français d'AWS. Vous travaillerez à tout niveau de l'organisation, jusqu'aux équipes de direction, pour garantir un succès optimal. Vous analyserez les besoins et opportunités des clients et accompagnez les équipes AWS pour les intégrer dans leurs plans. Vous partagerez votre expérience avec d'autres équipes dans le monde entier et serez actif dans la communauté publique AWS.

Qualifications requises
  • Formation technique : Informatique, Ingénierie, Mathématiques ou équivalent.
  • Connaissance ou expérience de migration ou transformation vers le cloud AWS et/ou des offres Cloud Public ou Hybride.
  • Expérience dans un des secteurs suivants : Commerce de détail, Services financiers, Produits de grande consommation, Énergie, service aux entreprises.
