We are seeking a Gestionnaire Assurance IARD H/F to join our team at Le CabRH. As a Gestionnaire Assurance IARD H/F, you will be responsible for managing the administrative portfolio of clients, promoting insurance solutions, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Receiving clients and prospects, presenting our services and expertise
2. Identifying client needs through active listening and personalized advice
3. BUILDING, PRESENTING, AND VALUATING THE GLOBAL SOLUTION TO MEET CLIENT NEEDS AND CONTRACTUALIZE
4. Leading discovery and equipment campaigns for existing clients using our performance tools
5. Ensuring contract follow-up and associated management tasks
6. Creating opening files for claims and ensuring the quality of their processing by support services

You will also work with clients in the IARD, Prévoyance, and Santé sectors.

Your profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a higher education degree in banking/insurance and a minimum of one year of experience in the insurance sector, banking, and/or credit brokerage.

You should be organized, rigorous, and have strong analytical and synthesis skills. You should also be proficient in office software and have excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.

You should be motivated by client contact, advice, and support, and be looking for diverse missions.

You should be reliable, autonomous, dynamic, and reactive.
