About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team at Doctolib, dedicated to enhancing the developer experience in our PEER domain. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead initiatives aimed at improving practices, tooling, and processes to empower our Tech & Product teams to build high-quality software efficiently as we transition towards a service-oriented architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of initiatives focused on streamlining development processes, reducing friction, and increasing developer satisfaction
- Understand developers' pain points & needs to support operations across several countries and clusters, using qualitative and quantitative data
- Analyze the competitive landscape, business, and technical context through benchmarking and research
- Define the vision and own the product strategy of the product brick(s) you are responsible for
- Build a prioritized roadmap and product plan to deliver this vision in a scalable way, taking into account Doctolib's growth plan
- Be able to explain and convince different stakeholders about your choice
- Lead the execution of projects autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, validation of developments, rollout, and following-up results and impacts
- Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, best-practice implementation, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on developer experience and tools. You should have at least 3 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership, having worked with developers, led rituals, and written specifications. You should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
