We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Business Analyst Apprentice at SCOR. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the creation and implementation of HR initiatives and projects across our global employee base.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and insights that support business decisions, utilizing centrally created dashboards and data tools.
- Analyze HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics across the business, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the Global HRBP in recommending enhancements to efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and support HR projects, ensuring timely completion and positive outcomes for the business.
- Coordinate the Global Business Partner team's activity and drive a consistent approach to team meetings and central projects, building awareness of all business lines.
**Requirements**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with interest in new ideas.

**Education**
- University Degree holder or currently enrolled in a program such as Masters in Human Resources that requires an apprenticeship.
