Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CAR PMR Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our support environment, you will be responsible for providing level 2 and 3 support to users, identifying areas of improvement to make the SAP Core model more reliable, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient resolution of SAP tickets.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert-level support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP CAR PMR.
- Collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure efficient resolution of SAP tickets and identify areas for process improvement.
- Participating in preliminary studies and developing technical and functional specifications for SAP CAR PMR projects.
- Managing SAP CAR PMR modules, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Preventing production incidents by playing a proactive role and interacting with project governance to secure the group's solution and ensure reporting of activities under load.
- Analyzing trends and proposing improvements to SAP CAR PMR processes and procedures.
- Managing users, roles, and authorizations with CAR PMR modules.
- Planning and implementing updates, patches, and optimizations for SAP CAR PMR modules.
- Maintaining detailed technical documentation to ensure traceability and reproducibility of configurations.
- Maintaining an internal knowledge base with solutions and procedures to support the L1 team.
- Participating in meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience as a SAP CAR PMR Consultant.
- Fluency in English (B2 and above).
- Ability to work in a support environment, where operational procedures, request priorities, and SLA agreements are part of your daily activities.
- Capable of providing quality operational solutions, responding proactively to complex problems, and being customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other levels of support.
- Ready to have working trips to Paris.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification for CAR PMR.
- Fluency in French (B2 and above).
- Knowledge of other SAP modules.
