Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Elior Services FM. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our hospitality team to allocate rooms and handle any necessary check-ins or check-outs.
- Participate in decision-making processes related to the organization and functioning of the reception service, ensuring its smooth operation.
- Animate, lead, and coordinate the work of your team, ensuring the rapid and high-quality delivery of services.
- Ensure that all services meet the required quality standards.
- Handle maintenance requests for the premises and equipment.
- Be responsible for the luggage storage area.
- Participate in the management of lost and found items.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in administrative tasks, including personnel administration and payroll.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
- Analyze customer satisfaction survey results.
- Develop action plans to improve services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in at least one foreign language.
- Autonomy, a results-oriented approach, and excellent teamwork skills.
- A warm smile and excellent customer service skills.
- Discretion.
