SAP Expert for Cloud Success Services

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP expert to join our team as a Cloud Success Services specialist.
As a Cloud Success Services specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical and application services within customer engagements. You will need to have good SAP technology capabilities and be a decent problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
- Assist in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
- Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
- Upgrade and migration of SAP systems
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of SAP project implementation experience in at least one of the following areas: S/4 HANA MM or SD (some experience in ARIBA is an asset) S/4 HANA HCM or SuccessFactors BTP Integration (CPI) - Experience with SuccessFactors integration is a big asset.
- University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent
- Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
- Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
- Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Arabic
