**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Electrician Team Leader to join our team at CEGELEC Troyes. As a key member of our electrical installation team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating electrical installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate electrical installation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and train junior electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to inspect electrical installations and ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement electrical installation plans, taking into account safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with other teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage and maintain electrical installation equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring they are in good working order and meet safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure electrical installations are safe and compliant with regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
Requirements:
- Capacité professionnelle (CAP) or equivalent in Electrical Installation or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation, with a strong background in high voltage electrical work.
- Validated electrical installation certification (N2P1, N2P2, N3P1, N3P2).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior electricians.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate electrical installation risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality delivery.
