Key Responsibilities- Establish Operational Standards: Develop and implement standards for system functionality, quality, and design constraints to meet operational requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, API documentation, and user manuals.
- Feature Implementation: Design and implement new feature functionality as defined by product owners.
- System Implementation: Guide the implementation of operating systems, network configurations, and software applications as part of the solution.
- User Training: Provide training to users on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintenance and Support: Engage in ongoing maintenance activities, including software upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Code Reviews and Analysis: Perform code reviews and system analyses to ensure software functionality, stability, scalability, and security.
- Project Delivery: Deliver all assigned tasks on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in MES/MOM and SCADA to continually offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Siemens Suite Experience: Strong experience with Siemens products, particularly Op Center Execution, Op Center Connect, Op Center Intelligence, and Siemens Digital Logistics.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages and software development methodologies.
- Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing solutions, IoT integration, and modern software development methodologies.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in solution architecture, particularly with MES/MOM and SCADA systems.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and creative thinking for complex challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a focus on delivering fully functional and high-quality solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
