• Managing inventory and supplies
• Coordinating transportation and logistics

• Supporting HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Managing employee data and records
• Coordinating training and development programs

• Providing administrative support to senior management
• Managing correspondence and communication
• Coordinating meetings and events

• Providing customer service and support
• Managing visitor and caller inquiries
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
