Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Flers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and optimize production processes
  • Install and commission new equipment, ensuring smooth integration into our operations
  • Participate in quality control initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and protocols, ensuring consistency and efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or maintenance technology
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Valid electrical certifications (e.g., Habilitation électrique, travaux hors tension)
