• Cleaning and Preparing Surfaces: Ensure all surfaces are clean and free of debris before applying coatings or paints.
• Applying Coatings or Paints: Manually or mechanically apply coatings or paints to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Installing Insulating Materials: Install soundproofing and thermal insulating materials to ensure energy efficiency and comfort.
• Ensuring Waterproofing: Ensure the building's waterproofing is maintained and repaired as needed.
• Mounting Door and Window Frames: Install door and window frames, as well as decorative elements like mosaics and tiles.
• Performing Expansion Joint Work: Complete expansion joint work to ensure a smooth and durable finish.
• Completing Small Masonry Tasks: Perform small masonry tasks as needed to ensure a professional finish.
