MissionJOBCITY AIX EN PROVENCE is recruiting for its client, a specialist in automated guided vehicles, intralogistics solutions, connectivity, and energy efficiency. We are looking for a TECHNICIAN - WORKSHOP SPECIALIST (M/F) for a long-term temporary mission in AIX EN PROVENCE.
Your main task will be to ensure in the workshop the preparation of new vehicles, troubleshooting and repair of vehicles, reconditioning of used equipment, preparation and maintenance of LCD (short-term rental) vehicles, all with a focus on performance and profitability.
Main Activities: Under the direct responsibility of the Workshop Manager
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES / POST CONTROL:
You will perform the tasks planned by the Workshop Manager (WM), ensuring high-quality work and respecting allocated times.
You are capable of intervening on the entire product range.
Under the WM's responsibility, you will determine the list of tasks to be performed, estimated working time, and list of necessary parts for a vehicle's refurbishment. You will verify the proper functioning of the equipment at the end of the tasks, respecting the company's procedures.
In the absence of the Receiving Technician, you will receive, identify, and control according to the company's procedure all incoming equipment to the workshop. With your knowledge of processes, you will contribute to improving the quality of services and products by applying procedures, respecting ISO standards in force.
You will respect QSE rules and, more generally, apply the instructions given by your hierarchy. You will contribute to preventing risks by reporting any dysfunctions and proposing improvements to your supervisor.
You will perform various tasks upon request.
ADMINISTRATIVE / MANAGEMENT:
Know your performance indicators and implement actions to achieve the objectives set by your hierarchy.
Prepare a report (OT) of the tasks performed, including time spent and parts used.
Perform VGP, VRS, VCRS.
Occasionally supplement the WM or perform temporary interventions at an external client's site in case of service needs.
ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
Inform the WM about difficulties encountered during tasks;
Indicate additional tasks that you believe are necessary for the correct and safe operation of the machine;
Be responsible for maintaining and properly using the technical means provided by our company: workstation, tools, attire, documentation, PC, etc.
Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
ProfileEducation: BEP with experience and/or BAC Pro.
BEP MSMA - BAC Pro MSMA, MAVETPM manutention or equivalent.
Newcomers possible if graduated.
Background: manutention sector, lifts, automotive, construction, heavy goods, agriculture, equipment and facility maintenance.
Specialties required: Mechanics and/or hydraulics, electricity and/or electronics
Skills: Service-oriented, 'service' mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, rigor, ethics, and respect for commitments.
