About the Role
MBway is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team in an alternance program. As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a quality management system to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification
- Establish and maintain a quality manual and related documents
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement
- Write and update quality procedures and documents
- Conduct quality tests and audits to ensure compliance
- Investigate and resolve quality non-conformities
- Update and maintain quality records and documentation
- Support quality certifications, including ISO 9001:2015, MASE, and Qualianor
- Compile technical reports and documents
Requirements
- Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies
- Ability to adapt to changing situations
