Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E/Front Desk Agent to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our resort staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and payment processing
- Promote sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills, with knowledge of other languages (Mandarin, Korean, or French) a plus
- Previous experience in business tourism and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, methodical, and organized skills
- Commercial sense and initiative
