About the Role
As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care throughout their journey with us. Your responsibilities will encompass collecting clinical information, preparing patients for procedures, and meticulously collecting samples while adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care from the moment they arrive until their discharge, gathering essential clinical details and initial procedure information.
- Perform accurate and safe blood collection procedures, demonstrating respect for patients and upholding rigorous hygiene standards.
- Contribute to a seamless patient experience by potentially providing services at home or within partner healthcare facilities.
About You
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to patient well-being and a passion for laboratory work.
- Possess a minimum of a Bac+2 level qualification, including a degree that allows you to practice as a laboratory technician. Hold a valid blood collection certification and be actively pursuing your AFGSU II.
- Demonstrate excellent soft skills, including teamwork, initiative, and a meticulous approach to task organization. Your empathy and respect will contribute to a supportive and positive work environment.
- Hold a valid driver's license (B category).
