Your Role: Shaping HSQE Excellence
We are in search of our inaugural Hygiene Safety Quality and Environmental (HSQE) Compliance Specialist to establish the groundwork for our HSQE framework. This is a unique opportunity to define and influence this essential position from its inception.
Your Responsibilities:
- Guarantee Safety on construction sites by ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of processes, identify deficiencies, and ensure their effective implementation.
- Oversee and promote accident prevention by executing appropriate measures.
- Lead initiatives related to hygiene, safety, and quality with on-site teams.
- Improve internal communication regarding safety, create informative materials, and enhance awareness among team members.
- Formulate and execute a strategy for achieving certifications (ISO) and ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Actively engage in our environmental initiatives and advocate for sustainable practices.
- Manage and report on risks within the organization.
