Compliance and Regulatory Role

As a Legal Compliance Specialist within the VINCI Energies Europe North West division, you will be part of a dynamic team providing legal advice to businesses and supporting stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in implementing a third-party assessment compliance tool, including meetings with the supplier, settings, configuration, and testing.
  2. Perform compliance risk mapping and reporting for customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
  3. Monitor European and French compliance legislations, such as Sapin II, CSDDD, and CSRD, and analyze their impact on the business.
  4. Prepare and participate in weekly/monthly lawyer meetings, including reporting, communication, and legal updates.
  5. Draft reports on compliance issues within the Business Ethics, Environment, Human & Social Law, and other relevant areas.
  6. Participate in updating procedures and methodologies, and help implement them within the division.
  7. Collaborate in cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Law or a related field.
  • Fluent English and French language skills, with additional languages a plus.
