About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at The LEGO Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations to customers, and driving sales through effective merchandising and visual displays.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to understanding customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of LEGO products, including features, benefits, and target markets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to changing store priorities.
