We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services in Ghana. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading maintenance operations and ensuring the availability of equipment on production sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and perform maintenance operations within your field of competence.
- Assist the preparation/planning team by providing technical support for job preparation.
- Manage interventions and prepare technical reports related to the field.
- Be responsible for specific tools of your team (quantity and availability).
- Identify recurrent corrective maintenance interventions, analyze them, and suggest improvements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years as a maintenance Mechanical supervisor or Engineer in industrial plants.
- Basic knowledge of oil and gas treatment processes and installations.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Work for an international group with operations on every continent.
- Experience a wide variety of professions within several activities.
- Working in energy and the environment, sectors of the future at the heart of sustainable development issues.
