HR Administrator Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions. You will be responsible for managing employee records, processing payroll, and providing support to employees on various HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
