You will also serve as the principal backup to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, supporting cross-functional projects and supplying critical decision-making processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and present insightful, data-driven presentations to senior leadership, translating financial analyses into clear, strategic recommendations that align with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with finance leads across different categories to support cross-functional projects, ensure strategic alignment, and identify alliances to optimize performance across the portfolio.
- Serve as a key partner to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, providing comprehensive support across strategic planning, business reviews, and ad-hoc initiatives, ensuring continuity and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- A master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., 5+ years of experience in a finance role within FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-paced industry, with a focus on strategic analysis and business partnering).
- Strong financial competence with advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of French is a plus.
