We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Engineer to join our team at Esyen Spain. As a key member of our Space Security Operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the European Space Programme.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Operational Documentation: Create and maintain operational documentation for Service Operation Organizations, policies, concepts, and crisis response scenarios.
- PRS Operational Procedures: Create and maintain PRS operational procedures and Security monitoring/Cybersecurity procedures for GSMC operations, contributing to validation and training.
- Anomaly Handling: Assist in anomaly handling processes for PRS and Security Monitoring/Cybersecurity, including creation and follow-up of anomalies from an operational perspective.
- Operator Training and Coordination: Coordinate operators' trainings, certifications, exercises, tests, and related activities.
- Security Operations Planning: Support planning and coordination of activities (LTP/MTP/STP) and identify use cases and improvements for the Security Operations team.
- Academic Degree: Academic degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Space projects and 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency level in English, both written and spoken, and eligibility for security clearance.
- Availability: Availability to travel within Europe.
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract and a very competitive salary package, according to his/her skills and experience.
