Stratification Specialist

**Job Summary**

MyJobCompany is seeking a skilled Stratification Specialist to join our team in the composite materials industry. As a Stratification Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and processing composite materials for production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Material Preparation:**
• Procure and prepare materials for production, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• **Fabrication:**
• Apply composite materials, including textiles and reinforcements, according to established procedures and plans.
• **Quality Control:**
• Inspect and test materials to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• **Documentation:**
• Maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities.

**Requirements:**

• **Education and Experience:**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical training or certification preferred.
• **Skills and Knowledge:**
• Strong understanding of composite materials, including polyester and fiberglass.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
