You'll work closely with our analytics team to develop and implement data strategies that drive business growth and inform decision-making.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring the performance of our clients and business units worldwide to identify areas of concern and propose corrective actions.
* Developing insightful metrics and reports that empower our teams to better understand client performance and reach their goals.
* Investigating client performances on both technical and business sides to provide actionable recommendations that maximize revenue.
* Setting up alerts to ensure teams take action to improve client performance and monitoring the impact of their actions.
You'll be part of a collaborative team of ten analysts working on different areas, and you'll have the opportunity to mentor a Data Analyst intern on Supply topics. You'll work closely with multi-disciplinary teams serving our B2B Marketplace, including Key Account Manager, Technical Account Manager, Customer Success, and Quality teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in English
* A Bachelor or Master's degree in a quantitative or business field (Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, Finance, etc.)
* Min. 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst position
* Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of reporting software (ideally Tableau)
* The ability to solve problems end-to-end and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences
* A real curiosity for the industry and a deep understanding of business needs
