Our mission is to transform the post-purchase experience, and we're looking for a talented Engineering Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the creation of our third cross-functional squad. As a key member of our Engineering team, you'll be responsible for building innovative capabilities that further differentiate our value proposition. You'll work closely with our VP of Engineering, Florian, and our CPTO, Léa, to drive technical excellence and deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in building new product features from start to finish, ensuring efficient and sustainable delivery in alignment with business goals.
- Act as a hands-on, product-minded servant leader, providing frequent feedback and coaching to direct reports to help them grow and develop.
- Strive to continuously improve the efficiency of our tech and product team by reducing friction and improving tooling and processes.
You'll join a talented team of 19 engineers, led by Léa and Florian, with a strong focus on collaboration, continuous learning, and a friendly work environment. Technical StackWe use a robust technical stack, including TypeScript, React, Ruby on Rails, Golang, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL. Our team is passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, and we're always looking for ways to enhance our tooling and processes.
Requirements- At least one significant prior experience managing a full-stack engineering squad.
- Comfortable building, running, and iterating on squad rituals that fit the squad's context and foster efficiency.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working with cross-functional counterparts, including PM, Product Designer, and Customer Success.
- Strong people-first servant leadership skills, with a focus on empowering and supporting direct reports.
