Job Overview
Contract Type: Permanent
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Documenting banking transactions and aligning bank statements with treasury management systems;
- Maintaining various reporting metrics (forward sales, inter-company transactions, etc.);
- Overseeing monthly discrepancies in bank exchange rates;
- Inputting debit/credit transactions and forecasts/actuals into the treasury management software;
- Tracking overdue client payments in collaboration with relevant departments (accounting, management control) and issuing reminders as necessary;
- Coordinating various treasury service initiatives to address the needs of the Finance Department: banking communications, treasury software enhancements, digital transformation, etc.;
Banking Relationships:
- Facilitating daily interactions with banking institutions: managing banking tools (permissions, access, etc.);
- Verifying the proper implementation of banking terms;
- Administering company credit cards;
- Addressing inquiries from both domestic and international subsidiaries regarding banking flow management;
Supplier Relations:
- Confirming payroll and supplier transfers from international subsidiaries (Spain, England, Germany, Canada, etc.);
- Preparing and documenting supplier payments in both euros and foreign currencies;
- Recording bank entries for supplier payments in foreign currencies and identifying currency exchange variances.
Desired Profile
Concerning your background:
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting/Treasury
Required Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of accounting standards and regulations applicable to corporations;
- Comprehension of business operations and regulatory requirements;
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess a situation comprehensively to accurately identify its origin, causes, and potential solutions. Extracting key aspects from various elements;
- Priority Management: Ability to determine actions based on urgency and importance;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Sage, etc.) is advantageous;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Independence: Capability to work autonomously without supervision, relying on oneself to execute projects or tasks;
