Position Overview:

We are seeking a Household Supervisor to oversee operations in a residential facility located in Toulouse. This role is essential in ensuring a supportive and clean environment for residents.

Employment Details:

• Type: Temporary contract for 3 months
• Hours: 29.5 hours per week (Thursday to Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and orient new residents to the facility
• Maintain cleanliness and order in both private and shared spaces
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
• Encourage a sense of community among residents
• Conduct regular checks to ensure proper use of the facility
• Address resident inquiries and connect them with social workers when necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of discretion
